Rail commuters heading out of Southend Airport this evening have been hit by disruption caused by overhead wire problems.
Greater Anglia services between the station and Wickford are currently subject to cancellations and delays lasting up to 30 minutes
Trains towards the airport are also moving at a low speed. There is currently no firm timescale for normal services to be resumed
Passengers can use C2C services instead via any reasonable route.
