Chelmsford City have sacked manager Glenn Pennyfather after seven years following Saturday's play-off semi-final defeat to Salisbury City.
It was their fourth failure at this stage of the season in the last five years, but came on the back of a eventual season, which included success over Colchester in the FA Cup.
But chairman Mansell Wallace believes the time is now right for a change as the Clarets aim to go one better and get promoted in 2013/14. What do you think about the decision?
