A man has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a woman in Eastwood over the weekend.
The 22-year-old was detained over the incident in Western Approaches sometime between 10.30pm on May 12 and 1am on May 13. He remains in custody.
Police said the victim was approached and assaulted in a clearing by a bus stop.
