A series of cars appearing to mount the pavement on a road in Chelmsford has been captured on film by one fed-up resident. See the video below
Matthew Woodyatt is one of numerous people living on and around Park Avenue fed up of at the behaviour of drivers using the residential street, and so decided to catch them on film.
"I just don't know why they do it," said Matthew, a member of the Admirals Park Resident's Association.
"We have real safety concerns, there's a few characters who drive so unscrupulously and so fast.
"The road has a cycle route preference from the council but nobody uses it because it's too dangerous."
