A BOY has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Witham this morning.
The 11 year-old was struck the white Ford KA on Conrad Road at around 8.30am today.
One ambulance was called and the boy was taken to Broomfield Hospital for further assessment after suffering head injuries.
Essex police have said they are not investigating the driver of the vehicle for careless driving.
