The Queen and Prince Philip will be dining on smoked salmon and pheasant during their visit to Felsted School later today. The royal couple will be making their first visit to Chelmsford since 1988 and after a service at the cathedral will make their way to Felsted. For starter the Queen will be having smoked salmon and asparagus terrine. This will be followed by a pheasant smitane, with Madeira mushroom and cream sauce, followed by coffee. The wine list consists of a Sancerre La Reine Blanche, Domaine Jean Reverdy et Fils 2012, Chateau Tertre Daugay and a Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe 1998 valued at around £60 and £80.
