A MAN will appear before magistrates in Chelmsford via video link this morning accused of swearing and complaining about Olly Murs' music.
Paul Worboys, 47, of no fixed abode, is accused of breaching an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) in Braintree on May 5.
He is alleged to have used expletives and said: "Olly Murs don't you get some decent music on
this tannoy and not some local".
He is also accused on April 29 of shouting "I'm gonna drop you" to a member of the public and on May 2 shouting the same phrase along with an expletive in Braintree.
Mr Worboys was prohibited from doing so under an ASBO that was issued in April 2007.
