A MAN who appeared before Chelmsford magistrates this morning via a video link accused of swearing and complaining about Olly Murs' music has been remanded in custody. Paul Worboys, 47, of no fixed abode, was accused of breaching an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) in Braintree on May 5. It was also alleged that he used expletives and said: "Olly Murs don't you get some decent music on this tannoy and not some local". He was also accused on April 29 of shouting "I'm gonna drop you" to a member of the public and on May 2 shouting the same phrase along with an expletive in Braintree. Worboys was prohibited from doing so under an ASBO that was issued in April 2007. Today (Monday), the court ruled that he will be remanded in custody until June 9, when a further hearing will take place via video link. A trial has been set for June 24.
