7.42am: Slow traffic is reported on the A12 towards London at junction 12 for Mountnessing.
Galley's Corner in Braintree is also suffering with slow-moving vehicles.
7.00am: Traffic is building on the M25 heading anti-clockwise at junction 27 for the M11.
On the A127, roadworks are causing congestion near Romford on the London-bound carriageway, with congestion back to Halfway House.
The A13 also has slow traffic – on the Stanford-le-Hope bypass between Basildon and Orsett heading towards London, and also between North Stifford and Lakeside. Trains and London transport
7.35am: Greater Anglia have said that the suspension of trains between Romford - Upminster is expected to last until around 10am.
TfL buses will pass Greater Anglia ticket holders on 248 between Romford and Upminster, 370/372 between Romford and Upminster via Emerson Park.
7.05am: On Greater Anglia, a fault with the train to signaller radio means that no trains can run between Romford and Upminster. There is currently no estimation for a resumption of service.
