Tottenham are in the running to nick Cesc Fabregas from under the noses of their fierce rivals Arsenal.
The former Gunner has been told he is surplus to requirements at Barcelona and is set to make a £30m move back to the Premier League.
The Gunners are - as always - the front-runners for his signature, but Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United are also in the frame,
But Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo have claimed that Spurs - despite not being able to offer Fabregas Champions League football - should not be "ruled out" of the race to sign the World Cup-bound midfielder.
