CCTV images released by police show an armed robbery taking place in a Canvey Island shop.
The man entered Bargain Booze on Long Road shortly before 7pm on Saturday, October 27.
Armed with a knife, he demanded cash and left with "a three-figure sum" say police.
Although he was wearing a stocking over his face, it is hoped someone might recognise his clothing - blue jeans and a beige, zip-up jacket, white and black trainers.
