An engineer accused of running naked through gardens in the dead of night will appear in court next month.
Robert Ashworth, 54, of Ouse Chase, Witham, is charged with one count of threatening behaviour likely to cause alarm after the alleged incident in Hanningfield Road, Chelmsford at 1.30am on Monday (June 23).
Police arrested him at the scene and he was released on police bail prior to appearing at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, July 9.
