Roads decorated with coloured chalk, bunting strung up along the roofs and even a penny farthing or two - Roxwell pulled out all the stops to welcome the Tour de France today (Monday).
Thousands crowded along the village's main road to catch a sight of the cyclists as they sped past at shortly after 2pm this afternoon preceded by the colourful caravane with sweets, teabags, and inflatable pillows thrown by top brands.
