A second man from Northern Ireland has been arrested in connection with the death of a man found in a container at Tilbury Docks on Saturday (August 16).
The man, aged 33 from Londonderry, was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and facilitating illegal entry into the United Kingdom shortly after 1pm today (August 20) after voluntarily attending at a police station in Essex.
He will be questioned by detectives later today.
The man arrested in Northern Ireland yesterday is not due to arrive in Essex Police custody until late this evening.
