Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood will be looking out for leakage as the remaining Great British Bake-Off contestants prepare to launch headlong into pastry week.
Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins will set the bakers three tasks, involving pastry, starting with signature savoury parcels, before the technical challenges sets them the task of preparing the kouign amann Breton cake, which originated in Brittany in France.
The recipe is deliberately ambigious, and the contestants have just three-and-a-half hours to bake 12 individual cakes
The showstopper round will see them asked to create two different types of 24 eclairs in the space of four hours.
Who will be star baker?
The Great British Bake-Off is one BBC One tonight at 8pm
