Detectives would like to speak to anyone who may recognise this burglary suspect with "distinctive hair".
It is believed he may have been involved in a burglary which took place at a house in Laburnum Way, Witham.
It is alleged two men tried to force their way into the property at about 11.30am on Wednesday, September 24.
Nothing was taken but a window was smashed.
