Private pictures of Doctor Who star Matt Smith and his former girlfriend Daisy Lowe have reportedly been leaked online as part of the celebrity photo hacking saga known as 'The Fappening'.
The 31-year-old actor is the second male victim, after US reality star Nick Hogan, to be targeted by hackers, who allegedly exploit a security loophole in Apple's iCloud system to release the snaps, which are then disseminated on the Reddit and 4chan message boards.
The picture reportedly shows the pair posing in a hotel bathroom before they split.
It comes only days after Jennifer Lawrence, widely believed to be the first victim of The Fappening, spoke out for the first time about the invasion of her privacy.
Yesterday, it emerged model Kelly Brook has reportedly become the latest victim of the celebrity photo hack scandal crudely dubbed The Fappening.
It was thought a previous tranche of pictures, featuring lower profile US celebrities, including Nina Dobrev and Nick Hogan, would be among the last to be published.
Previous victims, including US actress Gabrielle Union, have described the hackers as 'vultures'. Lawyer Marty Singer has threatened legal action against Google after they were not removed.
Apple has denied a security breach but has confirmed it carried out checks on its iCloud system.
