ARE you baking up a storm in the kitchen for a cake sale, dancing in your onesie, or taking a dip in a bath of baked beans? With just a few days left until Children in Need airs on our screens we want to know just how Essex residents are getting involved.
Last year's nationwide campaign raised nearly £50 million for children's charities, the largest amount it has ever accumulated, with £400k of that invested back into local Essex causes.
As an example last year's total helped Braintree Women's Aid, who provide refuge for victims of domestic violence, employ an additional child support worker to supervise and organise play sessions for children affected.
So whatever weird and wonderful form of fundraising you're getting involved with, we want to know. So please get in touch with us at the newsdesk on 01245 603360,or email your photos to newsdesk@essex chronicle.co.uk
