A pensioner has died four weeks after a crash with a dustcart in Hullbridge.
The 87-year-old from Hullbridge, suffered serious leg injuries as a result of the collision that happened in Rydal Close at around 11.50am on Tuesday, November 4.
She was collided with a blue Mercedes refuse lorry which was collecting rubbish in the area and was taken to Southend Hospital for treatment but died at the hospital on Saturday morning.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and are continuing with enquiries.
