'We've all over-indulged over Christmas and for many getting fit and healthy will be your New Year's resolution.
So here's a challenge to start 2015 in a positive way, our shopping list challenge.
Can you avoid putting these food and drinks in your shopping basket throughout the whole of January?
Caffeine
Alcohol
Sweets
Chocolate
Bread
Potato
Fried foods
Processed meats
Fizzy drinks
Cakes
Sausage rolls
Croissants
Cheese
Sugary cereals
If you can't quit every item on the list then maybe pick a few and see how you go. Combine this with exercise and watch the weight come off and your health improve.
