A man has attended a police station in connection with an apparent vicious assault on a cyclist.
The attack, which Essex Police say happened in Hornchurch, was filmed in its entirety by the victim, who was set upon by the driver of a van he collided with.
The footage prompted outrage when it was uploaded to YouTube and has since been viewed more than 65,000 times.
The matter is now in the hands of the Metropolitan Police.
