SCHOOLCHILDREN have recorded an anti-bullying rap for the Essex Police website.
Year 6 students at the John Bunyan Junior School in Lancaster Way, Braintree, wrote the lyrics after an anti-bullying awareness week was held at school.
Head teacher Amanda Woolmer said: "Our Year 5s and 6s were looking at cyber-bullying.
"It's important that if they come across anything that makes them feel uncomfortable that they take the appropriate steps and talk to their parents and to their teachers."
After getting in touch with the school's local PCSOs, who were impressed with the children's efforts, the 10 and 11-year-olds were asked to record their rap for the Essex Police website, and it was put online this week.
