CCTV footage of two men being sought over a "nasty" assault in Colchester has been released by Essex Police.
The victim of the attack was walking home through the town centre when he was set upon by the pair, who punched and kicked him.
Investigating officer Police Constable Lucy Percival said: "This was a pretty nasty attack and I am keen to speak with anybody who was in the area at the time.
"If anyone has information, I would ask them to contact me."
The attack took place at Red Lion Yard near the Game store at about 3am on December 2. The victim was left with a broken tooth and bruises to his eye, cheek and lips.
