A post-mortem examination following the death of a Braintree teenager who is believed to have taken a hallucinogenic drug has proved inconclusive.
Further tests will be carried out on Bradley Cockel, 19, who was found dead at a flat in Bramble Road, Witham, at about 2.25am on Saturday. Two other men were taken ill.
Four people were arrested following the discovery. A 19-year-old, from Braintree, who was detained yesterday, was bailed on Monday monring.
Three other men who were arrested on Saturday have been bailed to dates in May and July.
Police since issued a warning over the danger that there may be other similar drugs in circulation.
The drug has the physical appearance of a white crystal powder -similar to sugar - and has a hallucinogenic type of effect, police say.
It can be taken orally or ingested nasally.
Anyone with information about the drug should contact their local police station or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
