CHART topper Leona Lewis will be embarking on a five-mile walk to raise much needed funds for Hopefield Animal Sanctuary on Sunday.
The animal-loving pop star, 27, will stride around Weald Country Park in a bid to beat last year's impressive dog walk fundraising total of £14,000.
In 2011, the singer became patron of the safe haven, in Sawyers Hall Lane, which now accommodates almost 300 animals, including goats, pigs, alpacas, ducks and even goldfish.
She told the Gazette: "Last year's walk was really good and we had a great turnout.
"We actually ended up walking for more than three hours but it was really good fun.
