WITHAM MP Priti Patel is calling on commuters to arm her with some tough questions to put to the MD of Greater Anglia at a meeting next week.
The Conservative politician is set to come face-to-face with the train operator's new boss Jamie Burles at the House of Commons on Wednesday, June 4.
She said: "Commuters pay a lot of money to travel by train and expect a high quality reliable service in return.
"Many of my constituents have complaints about services and with the current franchise being extended to 2016, this meeting is an opportunity for Greater Anglia to respond to the concerns of passengers and to improve services."
Ms Patel, who is a member of the Rail Taskforce which is lobbying for rail improvements on the Great Eastern Main Line, wants the public to email their questions to WithamMP@parliament.uk so she can raise them with Mr Burles.
