Two men have been charged with burglary of a property in Beehive Lane, Chelmsford and a house in Brentwood.
The two men were arrested by police officers after being found close to a property in Brentwood that had been burgled.
Jack Edwards, 18, from Prince Regent Lane, London E16 and Thomas Davis, 28, from Sark Walk, London E16 are both charged with a burglary on May 30 at Beehive Lane, Chelmsford where jewellery was taken and a burglary in Ingrave Road, Brentwood on the same day where various items were taken.
They have been remanded in police custody prior to their appearance at Basildon Magistrates Court on Monday, June 2.
