A MAN has admitted to performing sex acts in Chelmsford Library and the Bunny Walks footpaths on separate occasions.
Matthew Rogers, of Wingrove Court, Broomfield appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court today (June 3) where he pleaded guilty to three counts of outraging public decency.
The 21-year-old denied three other charges of exposing his genitals. They will lie on file.
On April 4 Rogers was seen masturbating in the library on Market Road. He admitted carrying out the lewd act at the Bunny Walks footpaths on May 14.
He was remanded in custody to re-appear for sentence on August 5 pending psychiatric reports.
