FIREFIGHTERS have freed a horse after its rear leg became stuck in a window.
The service's animal rescue unit were called to the incident in Aythorpe Roding at around 7.30am this morning where a horse was stuck in the barred window about a metre off the ground.
Specialist cutting equipment was used to free the trapped animal 30 minutes later and it was left in the care of its owner, and a vet.
The fire service added they have no information as to how the horse came to be stuck.
