Plenty has changed in Chelmsford over the years - many would argue for the better.
But those who yearn for a time gone by would probably be grateful to YouTube user snipercheata, who dug into their collection for some pictures of the city in 1986. These are then contrasted with snapshots of the town (as it was) in 2011.
Originally meant as Chelmsford College 'before and after' homework project, it seems this assignment was handed in some years late.
