SWANSEA City may ask for Gylfi Sigurdsson in a swap deal as part of Spurs move for left-back Ben Davies.
The Icelander played on loan for the Swans in 2012, scoring seven goals in 18 appearances of a highly-successful spell.
It was hoped the Sigurdsson would return to the Liberty stadium permanently at the end of that season, but he moved to White Hart lane instead.
Now Swans chairman Huw Jenkins has revealed that Sigurdsson was discussed as part of a deal for Davies.
