A MAN has now come forward following a police appeal regarding indecent exposure aboard a London to Witham train.
During the incident on May 17 a man exposed himself to a woman in her twenties aboard a train from London Liverpool Street to Witham at just after 2.30pm before she shouted and he fled the scene.
British Transport Police had issued an appeal to track a man caught on CCTV in connection with the incident but the man has now come forward, and will voluntarily attend a police station for interview at a later date.
A BTP spokesperson said: "We thank the media and members of the public for their help."
