On the railway the 7.30am London Liverpool Street to Norwich service is cancelled, while other trains running throughout this morning have faced five to 10 minute delays at Colchester and Witham.
7.55am: Traffic is also slow moving in Westway, Chelmsford, between Robjohns Road and Writtle Road
