Five youngsters were seen acting suspiciously at Debenhams in Chelmsford last night, sparking the Essex Police helicopter into action.
Essex Police officers carried out a search of the High Street at 10pm yesterday (July 16) after reports the suspects had been spotted on the roof of the department store.
The youths were eventually found some time later at the River Chelmer and spoken to but no offences were reported or disclosed.
