A BROKEN down train at Chelmsford station is causing disruption this morning (Friday) for passengers.
There are delays of up to 20 minutes on Greater Anglia services between Colchester and Liverpool Street due to the broken down vehicle and earlier stock displacement.
Elsewhere on the line replacement bus services are running on Greater Anglia services between Southminster and Wickford due to over running engineering works between North Fambridge and Wickford.
