PSV'S Dutch winger Memphis Depay would be open to a move to Spurs according to newspapers reports in Holland.
The 20-year-old, who scored twice for his country at the World Cup, is willing to listen to what Spurs have to offer says De Telegraaf.
It is believed Spurs have made a bid in the region of £11.5m for Depay, which PSV is likely to accept.
