POLICE are urging the public to help them identify this woman who may hold vital information about a series of harassment incidents in Chelmsford.Officers released this picture of a woman in the hope that she will come forward or that someone who knows her will contact the police.Investigating officer Pc Danielle Twaites said: "We believe that this woman can help us and although she is thought to be from the Chelmsford area we have not been able to find her."Anyone with information about the woman or her whereabouts should contact Pc Twaites or her colleagues at Chelmsford Area Investigation Team on 101 Extension 420273.
