North Weald Market has been cancelled tomorrow due to the adverse weather conditions.
The event, which takes place at the Epping Forest District Council-owned North Weald Airfield, has been called off amid safety fears.
Airfield manager Darren Goodey said: "The Airfield is already covered in snow,
with more forecast over the next 24 hours.
"It has therefore been decided that this would be the best course of action.
"Customers' safety is paramount,
as is that of the stallholders."
He added: "I would anticipate that next week's market should go
ahead as normal but we will be keeping a very close eye on the weather.
"There will be a further announcement next week if this is the case."
