A 15-year-old Chelmsford teenager has been reported missing for the second time in just over a month. Police are growing increasingly concerned for the safety of Courtney Anderson, of Norfolk Drive, Broomfield, who has been missing since approximately 11pm on Friday, May 9. Only last month she was reported missing by her mother Sharon Franklin, before she was found more than two weeks later at an address in Barking. Officers believe the teeanger may be with 23-year-old Luke Ratcliffe, with whom she has been found twice before. This time around the police have published his picture in a bid to find her. Inspector John Hallworth, of Chelmsford Police, said: "Courtney has gone missing from home twice before and was found with Luke Ratcliffe. "Anyone who may have seen them or who knows where they are is asked to contact us via 101 as soon as possible. "Courtney's family are worried about her and we are concerned for her safety."
