Morning all, welcome to the mid-week travel. Just think - once today's over, only two more days to go before the glorious weekend.
Roads
7.00am: If you're heading out towards Harwich, then watch out - the A120 is currently closed in both directions between the B1035 Clacton Road junction in Horsley Cross and the B1352 Church Hill junction in Ramsey because of accident investigation work.
A diversion is in operation via the B1035 towards Manningtree, the B1352 through Mistley, Bradfield and Wrabness. Drivers can rejoin the A120 at Ramsey.
The diversion is using small roads, so is not suitable for vehicles over 7.5 tonnes. Harwich Port traffic is being parked up until the road reopens.
In Colchester, there is a traffic light failure on the Mersea Road at the Berechurch Road junction.
Normal slow traffic is also making an appearance on the M11 southbound between junction five for Loughton and junction four for Woodford.
Trains
8.10am: Greater Anglia trains out of London are being delayed by around 10 minutes at Ilford due to signalling problems, which are forcing services to run at a slower speed. At present, two trains on the fast lines are affected.
7.00am: A number of c2c trains to Fenchurch Street are currently running with delays of around five minutes after a "problem near the railway" at Chalkwell is causing them to run at a reduced speed. Eight trains are currently affected.
On Greater Anglia, a number of trains between London and Norwich will be short-formed with eight coaches today.
London transport
7.10am: The District line is suspended between Putney Bridge and Wimbledon, with severe delays between Earl's Court and Putney Bridge due to a faulty train at East Putney.
Tickets are being accepted on local buses and South West Trains, and there is a good service on the rest of the line.
All other lines are running a good service.
